• Complete energy seal package, full insulation and flashing package "four sides".

• Trim: retro- re-fit of existing trim applications, or opt for new trims for a small upcharge.

1. First get measured:

2. Receive your dimensions specification, and estimate:

   You’ll receive a profession measure, with your doors dimention to make is easy for you to order the door , or if buying from us we’ll send you the door quote.You’ll receive Estimate for your, install services or our combination package. Simply pay for the Door product or package, and the door is on its way. You will save money with these patio door packages! Our Branded patio doors are 30% less than retail on average.

3. Set the install date:

   We have installed dozens of brands of Patio Doors many 100’s of times, so you will benefit from a well replicated process. We usually arrive the day after your door is delivered by your vendor or directly from ours.

   Remember, these ready to go packages mean that you don't have to go through the hassle of dealing with the home centers and their complicated ordering process. With our expertise, you can be assured these packages are ready to go and include everything you'll need.

4. Delivery date confirmed:

   Once your door is delivered, we'll typically install it within 24 hours,

   You pay for the end of the work day were done. Check or cash only this save you around 3 1/2 to 7 % from bank charges. Checks can be made out to Stout Construction (which is our Lic Business name.)
