GENERAL WARRANTY labor and installations:

Residential home conditions do apply:

All warranties with our products are for residential usage only. Products are to be use and operated under normal living environmental living conditions. Normal living environmental living conditions means, that the heating and ventilating systems should be designed completed and working to maintain an interior relative humidity level of (in the air), between 35% and 50% relative humidity range, and a temperature range of 60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit ALL year round. Newly constructed homes must have the systems working with-intwo weeks from installation. This is to ensure the best performance of our products. Damages due to improper shipping transportation, storage, installation, extreme indoor conditions, (extreme heat, dryness, or moisture), extreme sunlight, excessive wear and usage, or any other cause are NOT covered. Exposure to excessive heat, dryness, or moisture, or water damage will void the warranty and may cause damage to our products. Natural product must be sealed on all sides and or painted. It is natural, due to the inherent properties of wood and glass,and caulks or rubber sealants that some minor contractions and expansions might occur. These occurrences, and/or or visual changes of our natural wood products, or extruded vinyl frames and engineered jointed products will self-correct with seasonal climate changes and/or when maintaining suggested normal environmental conditions.

Labor warranty and installation policy's 

All Labor is warranted for a minimum of one year from date of normal replacement installation. When or if any reconstruction of header or structural frame and support of your home was changed for the purpose of your product installation done by WADMS, the warranty is limited to, not less then 5-years. If your project involves a major reconstruction of a portion of your homes structure, WADMS, warrants the labor portion of your project for the mandatory minimum of the states lic dept requirements according the statues of the municipality and dept of commercein whichthe work was done.

WINDOW and DOOR products WARRANTY _ also if not installed by WADMS:

Our WINDOW and DOOR PRODUCTS come with a ONE-YEAR minimum manufacturer's warranty if installed by "Windows and door made simple" Installation Services team. And you home has met the normal living environment conditions. However only, A 90 DAY manufacturer's warranty is may be offered if WADMS PRODUCTS are not installed by WADMS Installations Services, for any workman ship or warranted repairs that may have come from the manufactures error during the manufacturing proccess. Other warrenties may apply then the explicit warranty of the products maker, manufacture. This page warrants that WADMS PRODUCTS, and manufacturer's finishing are free from manufacturing defects as long as you follow the preventive maintenance and regular maintenance recommended by National Mill-work Association. If at any time you feel the product is defective, an inspection may be required by a WADMS professional installer, or manufactures representative. 

If the WADMS PRODUCTS are NOT installed by WADMS Installations Services crew, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufactures rep after 90 days on site. Please examine all the products and accessories for defects at pickup or delivery. Upon satisfactoryreceiving and signing in of the WADMS PRODUCTS will NOT be responsible for damages produced by subsequent mishandling or incorrect installation, or storage, until the time of the installation.

WADMS PRODUCTS WARRANTY IF INSTALLED BY WADMS:
Under normal household usage, a 5 year factory limited wear through warranty is offered which warrants, to the original purchaser, from the date of purchase, when used under normal residentialconditions.

 

RETURN POLICY

Windows and doors made simple products are customized to each customer’s unique  home. Therefore, once an order is placed, these customized products cannot be returned for any reason, due to color or style,  type or brand,  normal mechanical operation.  wood grain or accessories. It is to the customer’s benefit to finalize the window or door products design in detail with our professional WADMS PRODUCTS project managers, installation representative, or designers before placing any order. 

DELIVERY POLICY AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULING

Every effort is made to ensure deliveries or installations proceed according to agreed schedules. We work hard with every party involved to give you the best effort estimate delivery/installation time. We ask for your patience and understanding that occasionally, some factors out of our control such as weather and traffic may unavoidably delay the time. When delivering and/or installing apartments or condos there will be additional charges based on location, parking, access to building, elevator access, number of flights of stairs, and available install staging area. Please relate all job site related logistics to your WADMS project planner before placing an order. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday from 7:30am - to 6:00pm within a 4 hour window. Your delivery location must be prepared and ready to receive the products. WADMS refrains from delivering products directly into the living areas of homes, and will not be responsible for any damage that occurs due to lack of preparedness from the receiving party.  If customer or designed person are not present at the job site during delivery, delivered items will be considered complete, accounted for, and in good condition.  

HOMEOWNER ON SITE PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS

Please insure that there is someone 18 years of age or older present (preferably the decision maker) for original measurement, delivery, and installation. Please have all products delivered to an area where they will not be exposed to extreme temperatures. Inspect and sign off all delivered products before installation. Please have a large, clear work area available for installers. Remove all items (furniture, inside cabinets, personal effects tv’s electronics, pictures, wall art) from areas where installation is taking place. Provide clear access to your home via driveways and sidewalks. Protect your walls/walkways by using cardboard on floors and walls to prevent damages. Please have small children and pets secured for the safety of them and our installers. WADMS installers will not be responsible for damages arise from inadequate site preparation by the customer.
